Magento 2.3.3

The latest version of Magento has been released - Magento version 2.3.3 is all about security and performance.

Security

Support has been added to Magento 2 for PHP 7.3.X and 7.2.X, as well as Varnish 6.2.0 and the Zend PHP Framework 2 components have been upgraded to the most recent long term support version.

PSD2 - the European Union's Payments Services Directive - has been implemented for core payment methods. Authorize.net has been improved to offer 3D Secure verification throgh third party services and supports 3DS 2.0 through provider Cardinal Commerce.

Cross site scripting (XSS) improvements have been added to protect against future exploits.

Speed

Speed improvements have been included with non-critical CSS elements moved to the bottom of the page to improve initial load times. Magento 2 now makes automatic URL rewrites optional and has included improved performance of core store-front tasks such as the loading of categories, configurable products and checkout pages.

CMS

The CMS page builder has been upgraded and WYSIWYG editor has been upgraded to TinyMCE version 4.9.5.

This version of Magento now includes the Google Shopping Ads Channel extension as part of the core code. It includes features to reach more potential customers using Google Shopping, manage advertising campaigns and leverage Google's smart shipping campaigns.
